By 2024 Bayport supported 1,244 livelihoods,´134 direct employees and 1,110 front-line sales agents, generated MZN 5.0 billion in revenue and contributed MZN 533 million in taxes and payments to government, alongside MZN 1.4 billion to local suppliers. That year 98% of loans were originated digitally and 30.6% went to women, and Bayport earned MFR’s Gold Client Protection Certification while launching Bayport Academy, the country’s first financial literacy portal.
